What is the Rebag 'Clair' system?

Clair (Comprehensive Luxury Appraisal Index for Resale) is our proprietary software that provides instant pricing for thousands of luxury bags, watches, and jewelry pieces, giving you transparency on the current market value of your items.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window for all items purchased online. The item must be in the same condition as received, with all Rebag security tags still attached. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

How long does it take to get paid after selling an item?

Once your item is received and passes our final physical authentication, payment is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days via your chosen method, such as ACH transfer, check, or Rebag Credit.

What are the different item condition categories?

We rank items into four categories: 'New with Tags' (never used), 'Pristine' (like new), 'Excellent' (minimal signs of wear), and 'Great' (visible but minor wear). Detailed descriptions and photos of any flaws are provided on every product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Rebag ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the value of the luxury item.
