Returns & Exchanges

Rebag accepts returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the Rebag security tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition. Items marked as Final Sale or those purchased through certain promotional events are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Rebag account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through your account dashboard.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our experts will inspect the item upon arrival; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
